General Laborer
Ensuring Chart s Success
Chart s General Laborer position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart s products.
This position will be responsible for helping to produce high quality manufactured products used all over the world.
Candidates are welcome to attend open interviews every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am - 12pm at our Beasley Facility.
Our main office address is 9660 Grunwald Road, Beasley TX 77417.

Those attending the event should wear full length pants, a mask, and preferrably steel toed shoes.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be
- Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Responsible for cutting, grinding, sanding, smoothing and body work on fiberglass composite parts for the purpose of refining cosmetic appearance up to standards.
- Work with pneumatic tools including cut off saw, angle grinder, orbital sander
- Install tubes on bundles
- Install plugs and gaskets and torque
- Test rack helper
- Install air seals
- Frame rack helper
- Ability to obtain Fork lift certificate as needed
- Machine operator helper (turbulator)
- Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed
Your Education Should Be
High School diploma or GED
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require
- Must be able to work in fiberglass conditions including long strand fibers and dust
- Must be able to work outdoor and indoor
- Must be able to work nights
- Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling
- Frequent pushing, pulling, gripping and handling of material
- Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions
- Repetitive hand movements during the process
Your Professional Experience Should Be
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with use of hand tools
- Understanding and use of basic blueprints
- Ability to use and understand various measuring devices
