The ideal candidate for this position will assist professional nursing staff by performing duties in caring for residents in home & community mental health centers, work under supervision of professional nurses; transport, baths and dress residents, make beds & feed residents; executive resident assessment & care plans; provide for safety, comfort, & well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of procedures & techniques involved in administering simple treatments & providing related beside resident care services Understanding of standard techniques used in providing personal services for residents & in caring for equipment & supplies.
Provide patient education on health and wellness topics.
Maintain accurate records of patient care.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
