Job Description:
Maintain an orderly filing system for all documents including copies of orders, contracts, and bids.
Be proficient with photocopiers, fax machines, computers, and other office technology to create spreadsheets, compose email, manage databases, maintain paper and electronic files, create documents, and make travel arrangements.
All customer service duties Assist sales field staff with all sales-related and customer satisfaction needs.
Answer telephones and distribute messages accordingly.
Maintain cordial and effective relations with all vendors and reps.
Update all records pertaining to customers and vendors.
Assist organizing, scheduling deliveries and maintaining information for the company's workers as delegated by your supervisor.
Research documentation, price customers and complete bid documents.
Be able to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management.
Have PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are required, along with experience composing a number of types of professional documents.
Posses analytical thinking as you will often be required to prioritize your own work, and develop processes that monitor progress and performance of others and for the company.
Be very organized, exude a positive image that reflects well on the organization and be familiar with shipping, receiving and inventory control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay rate is based on qualifications Full time employment with benefits after 90 days probation.
